Fred Durst lead singer of the band Limp Bizkt had his video stole when he was having repairs done to his computer. He blames the repairman for that incident. Paris Hilton made the headline with her sex tape and its weird lighting. The tape was eventually commercially released. Kim Kardashian’s sex tape is said to have helped her become famous. She trained to legally stop the tape but that did not happen. Many say the tape is what made the family a household name.
Not only entertains has their tapes stole. Presidential candidate John Edwards had a sex tape stole that he made with hi mistress. It was found by an assistant who accident received the tape in a box of personal items. Amy Fisher also known as the Long Island Lolita had several sex tapes made with her husband. Those tapes were supposed to be private made it to the internet. Instead of becoming upset Amy started her own porn site.
It seems like celebrities have trouble keep their personal sex lives personal. They need to do a better job keeping they locked up and hidden. Or they can stop making them altogether and rent porn like normal people do. For these celebrities it seems like the sex tapes helped their careers, not hurt them.
